Our client, situated in the city of Antwerp, is a international company in full transformation to become a sustainable mobility player.

They are, amongst other activities, a leading provider of diesel card services to B2B transport companies across Europe, with a network spanning over 600 stations.


Jobomschrijving

Unique antwerp is looking for a temporary Customer Service Employee with excellent knowledge of Czech - Slovak - English . A telephone and a computer: you can do magic with it! As a naturally born communicator and organiser, you ensure the service to internal and external customers of our client, an innovative mobility player, by answering inquiries, problem resolution, sales and credit support around international fuel cards.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative

  • Handle complex customer complaints, including tax, compliance, and fraud-related issues.
  • Analyze and resolve customer credit concerns to prevent account blocks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders during case investigations.
  • Provide support through various channels, including phone calls and online platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Last but not least, in order to minimize credit risk, you proactively support sales and customers in case of outstanding payments, the follow-up of invoicing issues, local tax issues etc, in close collaboration with the administrative team.
Whether complaints, requests or questions: you make sure they are all logged, answered and resolved in a timely and professional manner. During the process you research ways on how we can improve our services and act upon regular feedback to the customer. As it is essential to adhere to all processes and procedures, you educate and inform customers, prospects and internal clients accordingly.

  • Fluent in Slovak and Czech
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Every additonal language is a huge plus.
  • You already have experience in Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with financial processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team (17p).
  • High sense of accountability and customer-centric approach.
